Cookie Policy
Below, we explain which cookies and tracking technologies dmstax.com uses, for what purposes, who provides them, and how long they store data. You can grant, restrict, or withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser on your device. They allow us to recognize your browser when you visit the site again—this ensures the site functions properly and enables us to measure its effectiveness. In addition to cookies, we use the browser’s local storage (localStorage), which works similarly but does not automatically send data to the server.
Data Controller and Legal Basis
The data controller is DMS TAX Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at al. Lipowa 32 in Wrocław. We use essential cookies based on a legitimate interest, namely to ensure the website functions properly. Statistical and marketing cookies require your voluntary consent—you provide this consent in the pop-up window that appears on your first visit.
Categories you can select
Essential — always active
These are responsible for the basic functioning of the website and cannot be disabled. They are not used for tracking or profiling.
- dmc_consent_v3 — a record of your selection in the consent window, along with the date it was made. Stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. You can delete it by clearing your browser’s site data. Provider: DMS TAX.
- ibcms — editorial panel session ID. Stored only for users logging into the website’s backend; expires when the browser is closed. Provider: DMS TAX.
Statistics — with your consent
These show which content is being read and how visitors navigate the site. We analyze this data in aggregate and do not link it to your personal information.
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-P7S631NS49) — tracks visits and user behavior on the site. It stores a cookie_gaand_ga_P7S631NS49with a retention period of up to 24 months. We anonymize IP addresses. Provider: Google Ireland Limited. - Microsoft Clarity (project ID
yqvnd865gn) — analysis of website usage: click and scroll maps, as well as visit tracking, which help us identify where content may be difficult to read. Sets a cookie_clck(up to 12 months; groups visits from the same browser),_clsk(24 hours, groups page views into a single visit), andCLIDandMUIDon the clarity.ms domain (up to 12 months). The session recording includes mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling; content entered into forms is masked and is not included in the recording. Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.
Marketing — with consent
These are used to tailor content and measure the effectiveness of promotional activities. As of the publication of this policy, the website does not use any marketing tools—this category remains available in the consent window, and enabling it will cover tools implemented in the future, which we will disclose in this document.
Third-party services embedded on the website
Some content comes from third-party servers. Loading this content means that your IP address and browser information are transmitted to the provider, even if the provider does not set cookies.
- Google Maps — an interactive map showing directions on the Contact page. Google may set cookies, including
NIDandCONSENT, with a retention period of up to 6 months. Provider: Google Ireland Limited. - Google Search Console — a tool we use to analyze the website’s visibility in search engines. It processes only aggregated data provided by Google and does not store any cookies on your device.
Consent Mode
The website uses Google Consent Mode version 2. Until consent is given, all signals related to measurement and advertising remain set to “opt-out,” and Google tools do not store cookies—they can only transmit an aggregated, identifier-free signal about your visit. Once a category is selected, the signals are updated: statistical consent enables analytics_storage, and marketing consent— ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization.
Data Transfer Outside the European Economic Area
The providers of the listed tools belong to corporate groups headquartered in the United States and may transfer data outside the EEA. This is done on the basis of the European Commission’s decision on an adequate level of protection for entities participating in the Data Privacy Framework, and in other cases on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
How to change or withdraw your consent
You make your selection in the window that appears on your first visit. You can accept all cookies, limit them to essential ones, or specify individual categories in the “Settings” section. Withdrawing your consent is just as easy as giving it—simply open the cookie settings again and change your selection. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place prior to the withdrawal.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. However, blocking all cookies may limit the functionality of certain features on the website.
